Dorm Room Accommodation
This year MHU has set aside a block of AIR CONDITIONED dorm rooms! Up to 30 rooms are available at a per person cost of $30 per night. Riders can either provide their own linens or can use University linens for an additional $25. As soon as we receive the room reservation link from the University we will include it in future emails and add it to this page.
Tent, camper and small RV camping is available
The University has set aside an area of campus to accommodate riders who want to reduce their costs by camping.
We have arranged to provide a communal port-a-jon and basic hand washing facilities for campers. To cover this cost there will be a $10 per person charge. In order to make sure we adequately accommodate those who want to camp, you must notify us by noon on Friday July 12. While we will accept payment at registration, we will facilitate pre-payment by sending you an invoice in advance that you can pay by credit card.
