2025 Sponsoring Accommodations
Dorm Room Accommodation
Each Spring MHU sets aside a block of dorm rooms for a modest cost for riders. As soon as the block for 2025 has been set-aside, this section will be updated with the details and a live reservation link.
(This year MHU has set aside a block of AIR CONDITIONED dorm rooms! Up to 30 rooms are available at a per person cost of $32 per night. Riders can either provide their own linens or can use University linens for an additional $25. Here is the room reservation link from the University RESERVE HERE.)
(Reservations can be made through the end of the business day on July 5, 2024. Information packets will be emailed on July 8, 2024.)
Tent, camper and small RV camping is available
The University has set aside an area of campus to accommodate riders who want to reduce their costs by camping.
We have arranged to provide a communal port-a-jon and basic hand washing facilities for campers. To cover this cost there will be a $10 per person charge. In order to make sure we adequately accommodate those who want to camp, you must notify us by noon on Friday July 11. While we will accept payment at registration, we will facilitate pre-payment by sending you an invoice in advance that you can pay by credit card.

Comfort Inn North of Asheville
The Comfort Inn in Mars Hill is again sponsoring the Hot Doggett. It’s modern rooms have premium bedding and it is about a mile from the Start/Finish line of the Hot Doggett 100. Arrive at event registration refreshed from a great night sleep and zero ride day commute!
